Avg free is stuck in passive mode

Hello Sam,

I understand the inconvenience.
When you click on "Fix Now" button which is near "Passive Mode" on AVG Antivirus free dashboard does it show you the name of other antivirus program installed or just says as other antivirus program is installed?
If you provide the screenshot of the AVG window it will be easy for us to assist.

hello my avg free is stuck in passive mode, it says there is another antivirus installed on my computer but there isn't, if someone could help me with this I would appreciate it, thanks
