I have a Macbook Pro (macOS Sierra Version 10:12.4). Since Updating my free version of AVG AntiVirus, it constantly, with few exceptions fails to complete the scan. A msg appears indicating a choice to send a report to Apple. This is partly a copy of the large file from error found:(Note: Sometimes it will complete once I restart), but rarely. Tech support not available as this is a free version, but they should be notified of the problem, as I have done. Are there others who have the same problem? I have uninstalled and re-installed. Also, I have restores my operating system to a previous update – still keeps crashing. Thanks
