Hi, I've been using AVG Free for years but have recently uncovered a problem I cannot resolve. I'm running Windows 10 and both Windows Defender and AVG Free icons in the Task bar are red. Defender says actions are needed for protection setting and AVG Free says that I am unprotected. However when I open AVG it says I have basic protection. I'm at a loss as to how to fix this. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, running the AVG removal tool which detected no installation but ran it anyway as suggested in some forum posts and then reinstalled, and repairing the installation. Nothing has worked. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
