If so, let us know what happens exactly while attempting to reinstall. Would you be so kind to elaborate the loop to which you refer?

For the last week or so, I appear to have some serious problem with my free AVG Antivirus. I am a Admin user but cannot seem Uninstall or Clear. Says I do not have Admin authority. For the last week or so I have been getting the message:
UI Failed to Load.
This is embarrassing
Your protection is running, but the UI is having a really bad day. EXIT
I have run AVG CLEAR from AVG.COM and then tried to download the latest install but the Install does not run successfully appears to be in a permanent loop
ANY HELP WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED THANKS

No, I did not run AVG Clear. I just ran the change option from Installed programs AVG antivirus. I did this on the 10/13/2020 and all files appeared to be updated to this date. When i try to run Antivirus I get the following message:
UI FAILED TO LOAD
THIS IS REALLY EMBRASSING
YOUR PROTECTION IS RUNNING, BUT THE UI IS HAVING A REALLY BAD DAY
EXIT
