I have been using AVG Free for a while now, but recently I have noticed that whenever I open an Excel sheet, it slows down significantly. This is happening even with relatively simple sheets that do not contain many formulas or data. I have tried disabling AVG temporarily, and the issue seems to go away, Can anyone tell me the reason.
