Hi, 
I am currently running AVG anti-virus Free version 19.6.3098 (build 19.6.4546.520). Whenever i open up google chrome, AVG sends the following problem: we have safely aborted connection on kozzzy.xyz because it was infected with URL:blacklist (Image found in the comments). I have reinstalled chrome and reset my browser but the issue still appears. May i ask how do i solve it?

To narrow down the issue, please provide us the following information:

1) Are you getting this error message when you open the Chrome browser?

2) What was the website you were trying to access?

3) "kozzzy.xyz" Is that a trusted website?

4) Are you getting this error message when you try access a certain website?

Yes, the error message pops up whenever i start Chrome Browser. I am not exactly sure what website i was trying to access as i never heard of kozzzy.xyz before nor had i access it before so i do not know it it is trustable as well. I did suspect it could be some chrome extensions, but i had tried disabling all extensions and i still receive this error message.

I am having this same issue, it started yesterday.  I'm running Avast.  Please keep me updated as to what's going on.
