I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG Ultimate user interface. In this case, I request you to repair AVG user interface once (please go to C drive > program files (x86) > AVG > setup > look for avgui.exe files and run that files > select repair) . After repair, please reboot your computer once and check if your AVG program is working fine. If the error still persist, then please share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further.
