Hi … i was on phone to use about 2 days ago and u said u would email me to unlock my phone as it has NOT i repeat NOT been reported lost or stolen im traveling around south asia just now and i will be forced to cut my holiday short as i can not communicate with my travel agent to arrange flights to diffrent locations … my phone is completely locked i can not even type a password or swithch phone off or on !!! im now wanting this fixed as it happened on sunday and i have a lot of photos and memories on that phone and if im forced to wipe it clean to get it working i will be very annoyed and will be seeking to find a legal outcome ! … i reapeat phone has not been reported lost or stolen i tried the password i would have used to set up accout in june 2015 !! it never worked and as i had already been in thialand for 4 weeks i never thought an incompetant app would block my phone when i needed it most and had no other forms of comunications … im now spending my time in an internet cafe trying to get u to take the software off my phone NOW !!! … i can only be reached by this email address rather than the one i set up as its locked on my phone … i can not type or swithch phone on or off it says put my usual sim card in which i did and still phone is completely frozen … i got a reffrence number which i called 2 days ago and he said he would talk to software and still nothing has happened surely my mobile phone company would know if i had a problem !! its only the incompantance of AVG that is causing a problem here as my last phone was stolen u could do nothing and with this phone which im reling on and ur blocking me !!! a respone by someone that can sort this would be so much appreciated
