I've just renewed my AVG Pro Protection licence and also I've purchased AVG PC Cleanup all of this costed me 94,98 EUR but the landing page of the checkout looked like this:
And my subscription hasn't got renewed, they charged me with the money, the transaction is nowhere in my order history, and the live support guy was asking for my credit card information to solve the problem. What kind of nonsense is this??? I want my money back!!! Of course i can't cause they say that no transaction happened. What???
