I had another problem with my PC. I was getting blue screens so I did a system restore and then uninstalled software from Garmin that I do not use. My blue screens have stopped and the AVG icon is showing now. If it happens again in the next couple of days I will contact your support using the link you sent me. Thank you for the prompt reply.

I am having a problem with the AVG icon missing from the notification area in my task bar. I have a 2 year AVG license and I am running Windows 10 Professional version 1607. The icon was always showing in the notification area so I knew it was running and I could look at the icon to see what it was doing. I could also right click on it to get the additional options such as scanning options and to temporarily disable it. I have followed all the directions found on the forum to fix this issue. I have run the repair option. Downloaded and ran AVG Remover, deleted the AVG folder and downloaded and installed the latest version. The icon showed when the install was completed but as soon as I restarted my PC it stopped showing again. How do I fix this?
