So I am currently attempting to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (yes i am a little late to the party). I am close to finishing the installation when the installer tells me AVG Identity Theft Protection 9 needs to be uninstalled manually in order to install windows 10, yet that exact program is nowhere to be found. I have used the AVG Cleaner Tool multiple times but the installer still says AVG needs to be uninstalled. Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.
