AVG Internet Security 18.8.3071 (build 18.8.4084.0)
Processes affected: csrss.exe and avgsvc.exe
Opening web a Spreadsheet or other applications causes the system to become unresponsive. This performance issue can be reproduced by updating to the latest virus definitions.
The only definition I have found stable is 241120-4. Beyond this, it causes the high CPU utilization.
