I have an odd problem.
I purchased Ultimate 2 years on CD, which when I tried to instal it failed, I downloaded the online instal file which worked. However from what I can see on my subscriptions Ultimate 2 years does not seem to be on my account instead I have protection Pro 2 years with the option to upgrade to ultimate.
Any ideas?

As per our record, we can see that  you have purchased  the subscription for  the  AVG Protection Multidevice (2 years subscription) and we couldn't see  the Ultimate subscription under your account.
Did you purchase Ultimate using a different email address?
