i un-installed mcafee ati-virus (comes with the computer) …re-booted then installed avg installs fine updates once i shut the computer down re-start it never comes up …then the windows10 recovery or re-install comes up around the mountain i go again …any ideas or help would be great!!
Jason, Did you download & run the McAfee total removal tool?.. (http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe).
