From your description, it seems that your email account settings needs to be modified in yahoo. However, let us know the reason that made you think that AVG is causing the issue.
For better clarity, please share us the screenshot of the message that you receive while logging in.
I have Yahoo on both desk computer and phone. If I log in to one when I try to log in to the other I get a message saying "incorrect username or password' . My only option then is to reset password, but of course when I go back to my desk top I must do the same. Any way to keep this from happening?
