AVG Interfering with Email Connection

This is a second request for assistance with this: since the update to AVG this week, I have been unable to receive email from my Comcast email; I receive the error: "Receiving' reported error (0X800CCC0F): 'The connection to the server was interrupted.  If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or internet service provider (ISP).  The server responded: -ERR Cannot connect to POP server 2001:558:fe16:1b::13 (2001:558:fe16:1b::13:110), connect error 10060'

This error started only after the most recent AVG update.  Assistance appreciated.
