Hello Victoria,

I understand the inconvenience.
I see that your AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer) license was expired on 18th June 2017.
The AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license is still active and it expires only on 2nd July 2018.
You can activate the AVG Antivirus free to paid using the Internet Security license number.
Please open AVG user interface by double clicking on "AVG" desktop icon.
Click on "AVG Antivirus free" which will open its dashboard.
Click on "Menu–>About–>Subscription" from its dashboard.
In subscription tab if you find the email address displayed then click on "Log out"
Later click on "Remove license" option and wait for the process to get completed.
You will get "Enter license" option, click on it and enter the Internet Security license.
Check whether the expiry date shows as 2nd July 2018 after activation.
I have sent the license number for AVG Internet Security through email.

Hello

I had both the Internet suite and the Antivirus until this year when my antivirus expired. However, last year I had learned that I only required the Internet suite because it contained the antivirus as well. The lady told me that because they were alternating years that my Internet suite would take over until it expired. However, now my antivirus says that I only have the free subscription and won't let me change it to the Internet suite. Not sure how to resolve the issue as I'm not willing to purchase again a product I don't need
