Cathy, Try removing AVG by downloading & using the 32 or 64bit 2015 Remover (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/utilities) [Scroll Down], whichever suits your system. I have followed all the suggestions and unistalled all AVG products. It gives error message and wont allow me to unistall or upgrade to avg internet security 2015. I have zero protection trying to fix this. It worked fine all last year and before. Everything stopped working in the 2014 edition with everything in the Red.
