Avg tech support asked me to disable AVG and told with disabling AVG it will not hamper application, tell me one thing - what is the gurantee that by disabling AVG it actually disabled from background, front end icons turned into pink or red doesnot mean AVg really disabled,
Dont know who are involved designing new interface but they really need to test it properly and not for only making profit for company, dont know if they really read these artical,
I have been using internet security 2015 but got infected with Ransomeware so moved to 2017 and it even more horrable working with 2017 version.

Sorry to hear that you can't access VMware application. I see that your refund request for VG Internet Security - Unlimited has been processed and you have uninstalled it. It could be better if you provide us which components causes this trouble. Have you tried to disable AVG and check if it works fine when consumer product is installed? With Avg internet security 2017 personal edition the VMware is freezing and doesnot allow to work smoothly, this is not the case with Avg internet security 2017 business edition, I subscribed personal edition then went for refund, avg developers needs to fix it in future release, I have 24 GB ram i7 3.4 GHZ processor with 8 core, by using AVG if it will turn my pc to Pentium 1 what will be the use of antivirus?

I understand this must be upsetting and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it with free of cost.
