I talked your supporter colleague Wilandro on May 18. I changed my Ultimate subscription to Internet Security. Why I have had a payment of 80 euros today? The Internet Security costs 54.99 euros. AVG-IS-price hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB

1. IF I request a refund (AVG Ultimate), the Internet Security it stops working immediately?
2. IF I buy Internet Security, I have to reinstall AVG, or the serial number of installed AVG changes ?

I'll be glad to answer your concerns, Attila.

1. Yes, once the refund is initiated, you will not be able to use the paid features.
2. You need not reinstall AVG again, you need to reactivate the subscription to reflect the new expiry date of AVG Internet Security.
