AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp and AVG AntiTrack

I have all of the products listed above.  I received a message that I should get the TuneUp program but already have purchased it.  When I try to run it however, it says it cannot copy the information and that the internet is not working.  How is that possible if I can access the program, the internet has to be working.

Also, do I need all these programs or are they overlapping?  How can you tell for certain they are loaded and working?

It could be possible that you did not install or activate the paid subscription of AVG TuneUp on your PC.
I assure that you do not have any overlapping products. I have sent an email containing instructions to get connected with our remote assistance team. They will make sure all paid AVG apps are installed, activated and working fine on your PC.
