Karthikeyan From what you now say I have paid £127.18 for 2 AVG products for 2 years which won't operate on my Apple mac PC and laptop High Sierra. and therefore I have been fraudulently  mis  sold these items. I do have a cooling off period so I would like my £127.18 returned to my Bank account. AVG has the details. Thank you for your frankness and if AVG doesn't return my money which by law I am entitled to I will take the matter further with the Ombudsman and the Press. John Sherman
