AVG Internet Security & AVG PC Tune Up

Are you getting the popup messages under AVG Internet Security interface? Please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the popup message to check and assist further.

I currently have 2 yearly subscriptions for both of the above products, they were purchased about 2 months apart (I think this was before AVG Ultimate was an option). However AVG Internet Security doesn't recognise AVG Tune-Up on my machine and is constantly asking me to subscribe, is there any way to fix this? Or to even combine my subscriptions into an Ultimate one?
