AVG Internet Security (AVG Ultimate) Virus Definition can't be updated (again)

In June, I uninstalled AVG Software and installed again because I couldn't find any solution to Internet Security not updating Virus Definition.
Then, my Subscriptions disappeared from my account.  Got it solved through AVG support.
New installation worked fine until about 3 weeks ago.  No other software installed.  It seems to be similar time that "Threat secured" message pop-up for p.icoxs.co.kr  that shows as URL:Blacklist.  

I tried using application repair that was posted on AVG support (clicking uninstall on AVG Internet Security).  Repaired and rebooted.  Still the same no virus definition update.  If I click on "update antivirus" from AVG main screen.  it does nothing.  From menu > settings > General > update  clicking on "check for updates"  has green bar moving, but nothing happens after hours.
Internet security software is up to date with 24.7.9311.860
Any idea what to do?

AVG Internet Security and AVG AntiVirus FREE are set to automatically update whenever new virus definitions or a new application version are available. We strongly recommend you keep these automatic updates enabled. It is also possible to perform manual updates or to require permission before an update is downloaded.
If you are facing issue with updating virus definition, I request you configure proxy server. The proxy settings section is for users who connect to the internet via a proxy server. This section allows you to adjust your proxy settings to avoid issues with downloading virus definitions and application updates. If you connect directly to the internet, you can ignore the above article as the 'Use specific proxy server' option is disabled by default.
