I haven't been able to connect to my network using my VPN. I am using Private Internet Access VPN and Internet Security and since the latest update I can't browse any sites when connected to the VPN. I disconnect the VPN and then no problems with any website. I haven't changed any of the setting of my VPN so something in the update changed my connectivity. I have tried with a number of browsers and all the same results.

I did the repair and that didn't work. I tried the uninstall and reinstall and that didn't work. My sub for PIA VPN expires Jan 14 so if no resolution happens I'll just cancel that and go with AVG VPN and then it shouldn't be a problem. AVG didn't have VPN back then so now I'll do that. Would still be good to figure out what is the glitch though.
I have isolated the problem to the Fake Website Shield. I turned off all protections and then went though activating each one individually. When I tried the network troubleshooter originally the error was with the DNS. FWS doesn't like my VPN it would seem.
