Hello!
I wish all in AVG a happy New Year.
As I can see you have not recived my answer to your note 23.11.
I cancel the multi device subscription. I have never had it.
I kindly ask you to kredit my Mastercard account with 556 d.kr.

What had turned wrong?
Automatic renewable (Security 1 computer) + and warning by mail, I ha´nt been keen enough.

I found you've been charged DKK 556.00 for the renewal of AVG Internet Security (1 windows PC) on Nov 04, 2019. 
Another debit of DKK 556.00 was made on Oct 26, 2019 and is for the standard purchase of AVG Internet Security Multi-device subscription. 
Let us know to which subscription you're requesting a refund for. 

Will you be able to share the screenshot of the e-mail that you received? You can provide this inforamtion in reply to my e-mail.

Jrgen, we acknowledge your request and confirm your right for refund.
However, AVG Internet Security Multi-device includes protection for Android and Mac device also. Are you sure that you want to keep AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license and cancel the multi-device subscription?
