We're here to help. Do you need help to recover files from AVG Data Safe? I could not find any active subscription of AVG Internet Security under the email address you used to contact us here. Is it a trial version of AVG that you were using?

Copy the file for which I needed to format my pc, and download the latest version and now it does not have it
