AVG internet security doesn't update virus definitions

I have Windows 10

When fails to update, it says nothing, only that it cannot update virus definitions

I tried to repair installation and it didn't worked, but to get some information about that fail, I've tried again now and it says nothing. It seems ok but it continue not to update virus definitions

I tried to uninstall and reinstall (some days ago) and i had problems too. I had to use AVG Clear (or something like that), and when i tried to install again i had problems again and i had to install with an offline version of installer. I can try to uninstall and reinstall again if you want.

For your information, i have other computers in same network and update ok.

It takes a lot of time searching virus definitions but it does nothing
