I am sorry that you are facing update issues. Lets fix it in simple ways. Just follow the instructions given in this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Update-has-detected-running-installation-message-when-updating-AVG and you will be absolutely fine.

Can you please ask your technical team why AVG internet security is asking to update the PC protection and when I click to update their is a failure message appears saying it has detected another programme running is their a clash with windows 10? as I can see no other programmes working at the same time as trying to update AVG internet security. I have never had a problem until I renewed my lience for 2015 and since then downloading and updating AVG has been a problem.
