Have had AVG for years. Just renewed licence for another 2 years and added pc tune up. Gone through whole process and cleaned up disks n drives. However AVG internet security confirms everything ok except Identify Protection - big red circle. Click all the right buttons but no fix and even on line no information about this subject. So I'm stuck. Can't even raiseAVG for on-line chat to sort problem. Any ideas unpaid community out there? Or do I just need to uninstall, get a refund and go somewhere else?
