The AVG "Dashboard" now shows that "identity component is not active" and Identity not protected.
I have followed the advice on FAQ's and Knowledgebase, but this just takes me round and round in circles.
HELP would be appreciated.
N.B. The problem is limited to my desktop PC.
My Laptop shows "Fully protected"
