After renewing my license for AVG Internet Security its not possible to install the progamm.
I get this error message: 0xE001003D.
In AVG my account I cannot see my subscriptions.
"an internal error occured. Please try it again. We are sorry for any inconvenience".
I have tried: AVG ResetAcces.exe and AVG Remover.exe.
Upon checking the record, we see that the case was escalated from level two to three technical team, so it will take few more days to get the reply.
Please keep checking the email on inbox, spam and junk folders.

Do I have to wait untill I get an email from the development department. I still have no answer from them. Or should I contact AVG again? ( I have a link to contact AVG; I have got it the first time to contact a level 2 engineer.)
