I have a IS 2016 3 machine license that ran out on this month. I purchased a new license on the 4th Feb, and the old license ran out on the 19th Feb. Since the 19th nearly everytime I boot up either of my machines with IS 2016 I get the large pop-up saying pro protection lost, purchase or enter new license key. I enter the new key I received by email everytime, and then one or two reboots later it happens again. I have uninstalled and clean re-installed AVG on both machines and the same thing happens
I have used the AVG remote access, but all they do is re-enter my new license key, and reboot. The pop-up doesn't come, but then one or two reboots later I have to re-enter the license key. It's getting to the point now of cancelling and getting a refund.
