I understand your concern. I have checked your account and you get charged automatically for AVG PC TuneUp (BRL 109.99)- 1 year due to automatic renewal option was turned on for your subscription. We had sent you a notification email regarding the Auto-renewal 45 days prior to the date of renewal. If you wish to get a refund for this charge please let me know.

I have already paid for AVG Internet Security. But you continue to charge me even though the amount of R$ 109.99 has been discounted on my credit card (VISA) on date11/17/2017.

I reiterate that I have already paid for this license. Please, release the password for installation of this product.
