I do not understand why I am getting an email saying my subscription is due in 29 days?
Last year I paid on an email that I received like the one i just got and then I received another email roughly 6 months later in the same year saying I owe which I paid again.
I picked up that I had 2 subscriptions for the same thing and one of your tech people fixed it for me by joining both subscriptions into 1 subscription.
According to MY Account Details this subscription is not due until 4 Dec 2020.
Can someone please advise me if the 4 Dec 2020 is correct and can somehow the email that I just received be stopped so that I do not fall into the same trap paying for the same thing twice again this year.
