AVG Internet Security - no outgoing emails sent,

AVG Internet Security - no emails sent, can't connect to SMTP server,
when outgoing email checking is enabled 
AVG 22.9.3254( 22.99.7554.751)

Hi Samuel, I have done a complete uninstall and reinstalled 15.10.2022 latest version. No change, with testing enabled SMTP outgoing mail - mail is not leaving.
