INVOICE NO: 3701737**** of 12-09-2017. Renewal 2 Years Licence AVG Internet Security for 2 computers.  Today AVG will not start (brief once only popup says Trial Period expired)?  How odd!

I still have 1 year to run on this Licence.  How do I re-activate the installation please?

Alok,

Internet Security is not loading!  I get a Black box with AVG logo top left and minimise/close buttons at top right.  That's all!

How can I re-activate the Licence?

I have looked at AVG Account but my subscription to AVG Internet Security is not listed ALTHOUGH it is shown in my order history as being valid within the teime period of a 2 year license?
