My bank bloked my account for virus. Changed my password and the problem continued. The AVG does not work. Paid version. What can I do?

I have this same issue about a week or so ago, happened when my pc did an avg update.  The only way I have found around this is to click on the Web & Email protection block and disable the Web Shield temporatily and then I can access my bank.  I don't like doing this so hopefully AVG is aware of this issue and will provide a fix SOON!
