AVG internet security pop up ‘your IP address is visible’ how do i resolve this

I have Avg internet security but keep getting a pop up saying my IP address is visible how do i resolve  this? Im not very tec minded but it says about my VPN

I am getting the same. I do have VPN subscription. What I would like to know is if my IP address is visible or not.
