We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the AVG subscription.  
Please clarify whether you've used a different email address to subscribe AVG. Reason being, we're unable to find any subscription under the account that you've used to reach us here.

Hi I've been using this product for my website (url removed) for a couple years. I would like to terminate my subscription from today date coz I do not want to renew this product anymore.
