I'm sorry to hear about this, may I know if you have click "Renew Now" button in AVG Internet Security user interface?
However, you have AVG Ultimate (1-year subscription), expires on 2018.10.29 so there is no need to renew AVG Internet Security. If you're receiving expiry pop-ups from AVG Internet Security, then you can follow the instruction to activate AVG Internet Security.
Note: You have to use AVG MyAccount credential (email address and password) to activate AVG Internet Security.

Why when i click to renew my subscription it takes me to "Avast internet security".
