AVG is not reporting the correct driver versions. For example it is reporting USB4™ Host Router version 10.0.26100.7019 on my machine. Using the Microsoft Windows Driver utility reports the version installed is 10.0.26100.7309, which is the driver AVG is recommending updating to.
It is doing that for the following drivers: USB4™ Host Router, USB4™ Host Router, USB4 Root Router, USB4 Root Router, Intel® Serial IO I2C Host Controller 51E9, Intel® Serial IO GPIO Host Controller INTC1055, Intel® GNA Scoring Accelerator module, Intel® Serial IO I2C Host Controller 51E8, Facial Recognition (Windows Hello) Software Device, Realtek® Audio, HID Sensor Collection V2
Checking the installed driver version with Windows 11 Driver app shows that each driver is currently installed at the version recommended by AVG.
How do I get AVG to read the actual driver installed. It is acting as if it is reading from an outdated cache somewhere, but a search of the hard drive doesn’t show any duplicates of the drivers.
