AVG Internet Security - Unlimited does not require a license number as it is activated using your registered email address and password. You seem to have not logged in yet, which is the reason you are receiving notifications to activate. Click on this link for instructions to reactivate AVG paid subscription.
If you still receive messages to enter a license number, provide us with a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of it to assist you further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Thanks for that it has taken a worry off my mind.
I now have another two problems when avc does the scan of all hard drives that I set up it causes the computer to crash.
Also where it shows how long ago the last scan was it never changes. This makes it impossiable to know when and if ever a scan has run.
I had a computer crash and after getting it working again I reinstalled avg. However it was not the same as what I was using before it was requesting a serial number.I assume that I had installed the wrong program. So I uninstalled it using your two programs to do this.I also went through the registry and deleted all I could find on avg.I re installed avg internet protection 806 but nothing changed it was still ashing for a number.
I have asked several times in support about this problem and am given a phone number to call. When I call that number I get a message the number has nothing to do with makeup. Attempts after that the number was not able to be connected as it has only 7 numbers instead of the10 required.
I am starting to wonder if anybody even reads the information we supply to them in support.
My renewal is not until 12 month 2019 at this point I am seriously considering canceling and going to another company.

sorry never read it all well I did but it did not sink in.
No other security programs instaled only win 10 which was disabled when I installed avg.
What programs are you thinking of?

We see that you have activated your paid version of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and it is working fine.
Are you referring to the prompt "Enter License" on the same screenshot? If so, you can ignore it.
AVG Internet Security have two activation method: email address and License number. You can use any one to activate the paid product.
Else share screenshot of the notification you received to enter serial number. We will check with it and assist you further.

Last Computer Scan status will change only if you perform manual scan by clicking on "Scan Computer" option. Scheduled scan or other scan options won't change this status.
That’s certainly not how we want your AVG to work, let's have a look at it together. Do you have any other conflicting security programs installed on your device? Have you installed trial version of AVG PC Tuneup?
