AVG Internet Security shows wrong expiration date

Hello Kilo,
We will help you sort it out. The issues might be because of old/previous AVG traces.
In this case, I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG Internet Security. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version.
Please follow the instruction ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product ) to run AVG Remover tool and AVG Clear tool.
After the computer reboots, you can follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security. You have to use license option to activate it.
Regards,
Alok.

Hello Gerry,

Did you notice that with update you can't use ZEN for MOBILE devices anymore.

AVG support states they discontinued AVG zen for mobile. So they want you to use your login + password on each device… and that is calling themselves a security company?

Hello Scott,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Since you have already tried the reinstallation, I request you to get our additional support in fixing this issue.
I have sent an email instruction to get the additional support.
If the email is not found in inbox, do check in spam and junk folders once.

I bought a 2 year version of AVG Ultimate and installed it a few days ago.  This replaced an expiring version of AVG Internet Security.  The problem is AVG IS shows todays date as the expiration date.  My Account page with AVG shows the correct expiration - July 2019.  A symptom of the wrong expiration date is that AVG continuously prompts me to reboot.

I have unistalled AVG IS and downloaded and reinstalled AVG IS from My Account page three times.  Not sure what to try next.
