AVG Internet Security - Trojan Horse Threat Detection Box

Hello Linda,
I regret for the inconvenience. I see that you have installed AVG 2017 latest version. I request you to submit the latest version of CCleaner to us for analysis https://secure.avg.com/submit-sample.

Over the past couple of days I've been trying to update a Version of CCleaner from Piriform.com via the FileHippo.com website which I've done many times successfully over the years.  However, as of yesterday, when I click on 'download' button  for CCleaner Free I get an AVG Threat Detection box of a Trojan Horse.  The only thing I could think of was to open 'Options' on the AVG dashboard and go to the Resident Shield and disable it from there.  But the box keeps appearing when I try to repeat the Version download of CCleaner via FileHippo.

1.-  Why would I get a Trojan Horse on my laptop when I am using AVG Internet Security which is supposed to prevent malware from getting on a computer.

2.-  What do I do next?
