Unable to open any AVG program. Tried for two days to "Chat" but it is not available. Did a Repair but to no avail. Feel like cancelling AVG. When i click on AVG it pops up after a minute and states "Process Failed" and "avguix.exe". Please help.

Please follow the re installation instructions provided in that conversation. Only one exception is, select 'No' when AVG Clear tool as for a restart in Safe mode.
