AVG Internet Security Unlimited remains in trial mode even though I have activated it

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to activate AVG Internet Security on your computer.

This version of AVG you have purchased does not require a license number and will get activated using your AVG MyAccount email address and password.

Please run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG from your control panel and check if you are able to activate the product.

If you face any difficulties, please let us know and we will assist you further.
I have purchased Internet Security Unlimited and installed it on two Windows computers and followed the instructions to activate it on both computers by logging into my account from the app, however it then states “You are now using AVG antivirus FREE”.
The only way to activate it seems to be with a licence key but as the activation processes states there is no activation key for the unlimited version of the product and I do not have one. The method of activating the unlimited version is to use the account login username and PW but this is not working.

Did as you said and ran the repair but that did not help. Did some more searching and found AVG remove and AVG Clear. Ran both of these and reinstall from scratch, logged in from the AVG app and it says  “You are now using a trial of AVG internet security”. 
Any other suggestions for me to actually start using what I paid for? My AVG account shows I have purchased AVG Internet Security Unlimited.

The updated licence number seems to have done the trick. All seems to be working correctly now. Thanks to everyone for the great support - really appreciated.

Many thanks Alok for resetting the licence number. Will waite the 5 hours as you suggest and then retry. Hopefully that will solve the issue.

I really appreciate your effort in resolving this issue so far. I have updated your license number from our side now. I request you to wait for 5 hours > open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > logout > wait for 2 minutes > login back. Your AVG Internet Security paid version should be updated automatically.
