AVG Internet Security & Windows 11's Core Isolation

Hello Furkan,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
Yes, users can enable core isolation integrity in windows defender. It will not conflict with AVG Internet Security
Let us know if you have any queries and we'll certainly help you.
Thank you.

Hello, I am using AVG Internet Security on my Windows 11 Pro computer. Should I enable this setting in Core Isolation > Memory Integrity in Windows Defender with AVG Internet Security? (Screenshot by Lightshot)

Or is there already a module in AVG that can do this?

Core Isolation > Memory Integrity do you recommend we enable this feature?

Thank you for your support.

I have 2 more questions.

1- (https://prnt.sc/p13jC0lJKZy9) Is it the same thing as hardware-assisted virtualization?
2- Would you recommend us to activate it in Defender?

Thank you for writing us back, Furkan.
We are glad to clarify this to you.
1) Hardware-assisted virtualization is a platform virtualization approach that enables efficient full virtualization using help from hardware capabilities, primarily from the host processors.
Hardware assisted virtualization and core isolation is different.
2) Windows defender will automatically turn off after activating or turning on AVG. Hence AVG and windows defender will not conflict with each other.
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help you.
Thank you.
