AVG Internet Security won't let Unifi AC Lite through firewall

Hi Clare,

We will help you with AVG Internet Security.
The steps mentioned in the support link is for the old AVG Internet Security interface.
We have updated AVG Internet Security. Please follow the below steps to check the Firewall settings in the new interface.
1) Open AVG Internet Security –> click Menu –> select Settings –> select Full protection –> System Rules –> check and enable all the rules.
2) In the Full protection page click "List of network profiles" and set your network to "Private" if it is set to "Public".

I have AVG Internet Security 19.8.3108 (build 19.8.4793.545). I can see the UniFi AC Lite on my router but can't get to it on my laptop. Various searches have let me to this thread: https://support.avg.com/answers?dt=login#!/feedtype=SINGLE_QUESTION_DETAIL&dc=General_discussion_v2&criteria=ALLQUESTIONS&id=906b0000000Dz9eAAC
however the solution instructions don't match exactly the interface I have and I'm missing something because after trying to find and change the settings it discusses, it still down't work.  the Unifi support site says I need to allow specific ports. Please explain how to do this or any other solution you have.
