I've tried to run the virus scanner on Internet Security and it scans the browser, viruses and other malware with no problem but then gets hung up on advanced issues and won't complete the scan, it just hangs. Have tried three times and then shut down the computer for a restart and tried two more times for total of five times and AVG won't work properly. Do I need to reinstall and how do I do that? Thank you.
